The main screen of RPM provides a wealth of information when
you first start the program. At a glance you can see the status
of activity for the current month, year to date and even
compare last year to this year. You will also find reminders of
renewals that have to be billed in this month or next month.

Customer Inquiry Screen
The Customer Inquiry/Edit will allow you to edit information
and view the financial, product information and notes on this
customer. This single screen provides all the new necessary
information without having to go to 5 different screens.

Customer Financial Inquiry Screen
The financial screen will let you view every transaction,
remove a fee or transaction, and record the change in the notes
file. Details will provide a breakdown of the transaction.

Renewal List Screen
The renewal feature of the RPM becomes the base of your
system; with out renewals you have a limited system providing
only part of your needs. Don’t spend hours with spreadsheet and
database systems.

Invoicing Sample Screen
The invoicing feature will easy access to e-mailing or printing
the invoice for the customer. All reoccurring fees are recorded
for future renewals.

Reports Screen
With Reports the information you need is at your finger tips,
with over 15 reports and the ability to view, print or save the
report, this information is key to your future. Choose your own
criteria to print.

The Income Forecast feature answers the question; “If I raise
the fees by 12% over the next 3 years, how will it influence my
